Traffic Quality Policy
All traffic must meet quality standards to protect advertisers and maintain platform integrity.
Prohibited Traffic Sources:
- Bot traffic, click farms, and automated scripts
- Incentivized clicks or conversions
- Adult content traffic (unless explicitly approved)
- Copyrighted content violations
- Misleading or deceptive ad placements
- Traffic from blacklisted IP ranges
Quality Requirements:
- Minimum 80% viewability rate for display ads
- Maximum 5% invalid traffic (IVT) rate
- Proper user consent and cookie compliance
- Transparent ad labeling and disclosures
Anti-Fraud Policy
Zero tolerance for fraudulent activity including click fraud, conversion fraud, and attribution manipulation.
Fraud Detection:
- Real-time machine learning fraud detection
- Device fingerprinting and behavioral analysis
- IP reputation and proxy detection
- Pattern recognition for suspicious activity
Consequences:
- Immediate suspension of fraudulent traffic sources
- Reversal of fraudulent conversions and charges
- Account termination for repeat offenders
- Reporting to law enforcement when applicable
Brand Safety Policy
Protecting advertiser brands from appearing alongside inappropriate or harmful content.
Blocked Content Categories:
- Illegal content (drugs, weapons, piracy)
- Hate speech and extremist content
- Misinformation and fake news
- Adult/NSFW content (by default)
- Violence and graphic content
Advertiser Controls:
- Custom blocklists and allowlists
- Category-level filtering
- Domain and app exclusions
- Third-party verification integrations
Acceptable Use Policy
General platform usage guidelines for all Auctera users.
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack or compromise platform security
- Share account credentials or API keys
- Scrape or harvest data without permission
- Interfere with other users' campaigns
Account Suspension:
Violation of these policies may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
