Data Processing
All subprocessors are carefully vetted and contractually required to:
- Process data only as instructed by Auctera
- Maintain appropriate security measures
- Comply with GDPR and other applicable regulations
- Notify Auctera of any security incidents
- Delete data upon termination or request
